As a user of the ZuluTalent system, you are granted access to a platform that contains confidential, proprietary, and sensitive information, including candidate data, hiring evaluations, internal notes and communications, and organizational hiring strategies.
All information within the ZuluTalent system is strictly confidential and may only be accessed and used for authorized business purposes. You are required to handle all information on a strict need-to-know basis, as defined by the recruiting lead or appropriate authority.
You may not share, disclose, distribute, or discuss any system content, candidate information, or evaluation data with anyone who is not authorized and does not have a clear need-to-know. Informal sharing of information, including verbal discussions, messaging, or external documentation, is strictly prohibited unless explicitly authorized.
If you believe that you have inadvertently shared or exposed confidential information, you are required to notify the recruiting lead immediately so that appropriate mitigation and corrective action can be taken.
Failure to adhere to these requirements may be considered a serious breach of professional conduct and may result in appropriate corrective action.
