The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of DISCflex Recruiting will serve as the strategic and operational leader of the organization. This individual will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding service offerings, developing key partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence. The CEO will lead the organization in its mission to deliver innovative recruitment solutions powered by behavioral science, all while nurturing a high-performance internal culture.

Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities

    Strategic Leadership

    • Define and execute the long-term strategic vision and goals in alignment with DISCflex's core mission.
    • Identify and explore new market opportunities, including verticals and geographies.
    • Lead and evolve the company’s brand, service offerings, and thought leadership presence.

    Operational Excellence

    • Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring organizational efficiency, scalability, and sustainability.
    • Implement and maintain best practices in recruiting, client service, and internal operations.
    • Monitor performance metrics and ensure key KPIs are achieved or exceeded.

    Business Development & Client Relations

    • Develop high-level relationships with key clients and partners.
    • Lead enterprise-level contract negotiations and client engagement strategies.
    • Champion client-centric innovations that differentiate DISCflex Recruiting in the market.

    Financial Oversight

    • Manage company P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning with transparency and discipline.
    • Optimize resource allocation and ensure profitability and sustainable growth.

    Team & Culture Development

    • Recruit, retain, and develop a high-performing leadership team.
    • Cultivate a culture of accountability, adaptability, and growth rooted in DISCflex principles.
    • Foster an inclusive and collaborative workplace that reflects the company’s values.

Must Have

  • Must-Have Qualifications

    • Proven experience (10+ years) in executive leadership, preferably within recruitment, HR technology, talent management, or consulting.
    • Deep understanding of recruiting operations, market dynamics, and client service models.
    • Track record of scaling businesses, launching new offerings, or entering new markets.
    • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; ability to inspire and lead teams.

  • Passion for behavioral science and its role in talent strategy is a strong plus
  • Financial acumen and experience managing P&L, budgets, and growth initiatives.
