Role & Responsibilities

• Analyze and document testing requirements for various projects to ensure clarity and completeness.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing strategies and methodologies.

• Develop and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases to validate project outcomes.

• Identify and mitigate risks associated with testing requirements and provide solutions to enhance process efficiency.

Must Have

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a testing or QA role within the Administrative/Utilities industry.

• Proven ability to document and analyze testing requirements effectively.

• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and tools.

• Excellent communication skills to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks.

• Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum.

• Previous experience in a role that involved stakeholder management.
