Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Human Resource Executive with 5-8 years of experience to enhance our HR operations and foster a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will leverage their DISC qualities to effectively manage recruitment, employee relations, and performance management, driving organizational success and employee engagement.
Role & Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
Address employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to management and staff.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5-8 years of proven experience in HR management or a similar role.
Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration.
Nice to have
HR certification such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or equivalent.
Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics.
Familiarity with talent management and succession planning.
