Job Description
We're hiring a Client Service Associate to anchor the operational backbone of our independent wealth advisory. You'll partner directly with lead and service advisors, owning new business onboarding, account paperwork, funding and transfers, reconciliation, and the recurring client reporting that keeps every relationship running smoothly.
This is a hands-on role for someone who treats operations as a craft — precise documentation, calm under deadline, and a genuine appetite for the "white glove" client experience our firm is known for.
Role & Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding & New Business Support: Manage account applications, paperwork, and the full new business lifecycle.
- Account Operations: Handle account funding, transfers, and reconciliation of new and existing client accounts.
- Reporting & Docs: Prepare, review, and submit required paperwork; generate recurring client reports.
Must Have
- 2+ years of experience in a financial services or RIA operations role.
- Familiarity with eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, and CRM platforms (Salesforce, Wealthbox).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases in parallel.
Nice to have
- Series 65 license, or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire.
- Experience with Orion, Black Diamond, or other portfolio accounting platforms.
